  • Order Confirmation:

    After placing an order with Modesta, you will receive an order confirmation call or SMS from our customer service team. If you are unable to answer the call, we will attempt to contact you again after 2 to 3 hours. If we still do not receive a response, the order will be marked as canceled, and you will be informed via email or message.

    Shipping Time:

    Once your order is confirmed, we will ship it within 24 hours. The estimated delivery times are as follows:

    • Karachi: 2 to 4 working days
    • Other Cities: 5 to 7 working days
